What Brimfield yards usually need

A lot of Brimfield properties are carved out of the woods, so the stumps I see here are mostly red and white oak, sugar and red maple, and white pine. Pine stumps grind fast. Old oak takes longer, and a big one often has surface roots running across the lawn that are worth grinding out while I'm there.

Text me a photo of the stump with a tape measure or a shoe next to it, and tell me what part of town you're in. I'll send you a firm price, usually the same day. I call Dig Safe before I come, grind the stump below grade, rake the chips into the hole and blow everything clean.

You don't need to be home, as long as I can reach the stumps.
