Privacy policy

Short version: I only use your information to quote and do your job, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you ask for a quote, I get what you type into the form (name, phone, email, the address of the stumps, and job details) and any photos you send.

How I use it

To give you a price, schedule the work, call Dig Safe for your address, and send you an invoice. That's it.

If you leave the photo box checked on the form, I may use your stump photos to show my work on this site or social media. I never include your name or address. Uncheck the box, or email me later, and I won't use them.

Where it's kept

Quote requests are stored securely with my web host (Cloudflare) and sent to my email. I don't sell or share your information with anyone, except as needed to do the job (for example, giving your address to Dig Safe).

Tracking

This site doesn't use cookies or advertising trackers. I use a privacy-friendly page counter that doesn't identify you.

Deleting your information

Email jon@bigjonstump.com and ask, and I'll delete your request and photos.
